We’re so glad you’re here! Because most of our items are made-to-order or deeply discounted just for you, we have a few important guidelines to keep things fair and prices low for everyone.
1. Our General Rule: Final Sale
● Personalized items (like custom jewelry, clothing, accessories, photo-printed gifts, etc.): Since these are made uniquely for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check spelling, colors, and sizes before ordering!
● Non-personalized items (accessories, electronics, etc.): To pass along steep discounts, these are also final sale unless something’s wrong.
Why? Handmade and customized goods can’t be resold, and our discounts mean we operate on thin margins—we appreciate your understanding!
2. If Something’s Wrong: We’ve Got You
We’d never leave you hanging with a damaged or defective item. Here’s how we handle it:
● Report within 14 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
● We’ll send a free replacement or store credit based on available options for the item.
We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, address mistakes, etc.
3. Important Notes
● Lost/damaged in transit? You will need to contact your local postal service—we’ll happily share tracking details to help!
● International friends: Customs fees/taxes aren’t included in your order (check your country’s rules).
● Wrong address? We can’t reroute packages, so please verify your details at checkout!

We want to help you create the perfect custom item for your special occasion! Because these are made-to-order just for you and can't be resold, please keep these important details in mind:
Image & Design Quality
● High-resolution files work best! For optimal results, upload the highest quality images possible. Blurry or pixelated images won't print well - we can't be responsible for low-quality uploads. (Need help? A quick web search can find free image resizer tools!)
● Color variations: Screen colors (RGB) may differ slightly from printed products (CMYK). What you see on screen might vary slightly from the final product.
● Design placement: Artwork may shift slightly during production (up to 1/4" on apparel items).
Quality Assurance Tips
● Try a sample first: For large orders (like wedding favors), we recommend ordering one sample to verify quality before your full purchase.
● Review carefully: If available, always check customization previews before completing your order.
Double-Check Everything!
● No returns for: Low-quality uploads, color variations, or change of mind - but we'll happily help with any defective items (see our Refund Policy).
● Spelling/designs: We recreate your submission exactly - please proofread all names, dates and artwork, etc. carefully!
● Sizing matters: Always check our size charts - personalized items can't be resized or exchanged.
● Shipping address: We can't reroute packages after shipping, so please verify your address is 100% correct!

● Local customs may charge taxes, duties, or cause delays - these fees are your responsibility.
